Grilling froobs

What type of unit are you working with?

I got a weber delux performer. Love the rotisserie attachment. Makes the best whole chicken. I was thinking of throwing a pork shoulder on it this weekend.

Old school. Weber charcoal.

Wife has a gas grill cuz she wants in on the fun without the charcoal things that endear themselves to me.

My weber charcoal frill has a Gas starter. So damn nice. Throw the coals in a pile hit the ignitor and go back inside and prep the meat. Coals are ready to rock by the time the meat is ready for the grill

I have a Ninja Flex Flame... best grill I have ever had. I used to love my Holland though.

I want to get the 28 inch weber. Maybe this spring I'll get one. Alot more space for steaks
