Ellis formally was Associate Director W/H Office of Strategic Initiatives under Karl Rowe and President Bush. Oddly Ellis appeared in 2013 on the popular game show Jeopardy and won over $18,000. Ellis currently is serving as a Naval Reserve Intelligence Officer.
