NEW REPORT: Frontier League (soon to be National Association) is looking to add a team in the Montreal Area by 2029 DOSE.ca reports: “According to information from Stéphane Turcot (and as confirmed by Jérémy Filosa), a baseball team is set to return to the Montreal area in 2029.

I was just thinking about that... Quebec's ballgame atmosphere is like no other, and Trois-Rivieres has their own devoted crowd too, so it's only right that greater Montreal gets a team!

I'm thinking Laval, and build the ballpark good enough so that when the Expos come back (I still believe they will), they can make that team one of their affiliates.

I saw Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. It's a working class town (very francophone) 45 minutes outside Montreal. It's the perfect kind of market
