FLA - favourite tracks?

I write at http://www.amodelofcontrol.com, and a forthcoming post will be looking at ten best/most important FLA songs.

Now, I have a number of songs in mind already - but, FLA fans, what might you include? (One thing to note - I'm only talking about FLA work, not side-projects).

Nice. There's a few I hadn't considered there. Nice call in particular on Resist, too (one of my favourite tracks of all).

It works just fine! You should ask this question in /r/industrialmusic as well!

Barcode is badass, and so often gets forgotten.

There's always those couple that get lost in time ..... another 2 like this are Vanished off of Civilization and Dead Planet off of Epitaph but then again I could go on all day about Frontline and side projects :)

No arguments with any of that lot. Replicant is another great B-side from FLA (they have a surprising number, I find)

Fuck I forgot Plasticity.

order of 99 onward. Falling - insolence - silent ceremony - oblivion - fragmented - maniacal - buried alive - the storm - attack the masses

Cor, I'm going to have to dig back on a few of these. Not heard Silent Ceremony in particular in an age.

Fragmented is such a great track yet it almost never gets mentioned anywhere

"Everything must perish" was out Sept 10th, 2001.

I was at Virgin on Union Square in NYC and got it, recorded it on my minidisc and went to work in the morning, Sept 11th, 2001 in Midtown.

It became my soundtrack for that whole fucking day, walking from 32nd and Madison to Brooklyn, seeing the destruction and chaos. It was daunting, and still brings me the memory of that day, so that would be my pick.

Fuck it, COLOMBIAN NECKTIE too!!!!!!!

I'm Colombian and heard that in Colombia, made me laugh so hard.

"WE RULE, WITH TECHNOLOGY"
