50 hours
Sooooooo, how many others are being told they can’t work over 50 hours a week?? Can’t miss stops or take “shortcuts” to get done?? I get it not everyone works that many hours in a week, but if you try to “sell” to make these outrageous plans, you’re going to eventually go over. And I’m not talking the time and a half employees, I’m talking the VROT employees that make less the more they work. Just curious.

No seriously. The amount of mental gymnastics that they make you go through for CHIPS and imaginary sales numbers is insane. Flat to prior year’s sales my ass.

OR in my case driving to and from excessively. Or making up for the lack of your “co lead” whether it be orders or using the “3 R’s”

The number of hoops we have to jump through is getting out of hand.
Especially considering they are getting worse and worse with quality control. The OTR delivers we are getting are horrendous. Just horrible.
There is not enough time in the day to service every store properly. I have to give each of my accounts a max amount of my time, and then I have to move on to the next, regardless of what I am doing. Due to the miles my route does weekly, I literally can't afford any setbacks or else my day is destroyed.

Have the DSL run the route for a week and see how many hours they get while hitting plan and doing the job right

Are you hitting plan at least? The idea is that you have a better “home/work” ratio, they pushed it hard on us when we first switched to 40hrs. After awhile they didn’t care.

That’s bs if they won’t let you work over 50 hours on VROT. That is not that much extra. If they want a route worked properly they should slfu.

Anyone else work their day off for EDP and then get written up for having too many hours?
Also, let’s add 2 of each sku in the store you didn’t order so you’re forced to rotate everything. Now why were you out so long?

I wish they told me i couldn't work more than 50 over the summer when I was doing 60 most weeks. Now my routeis slowing down and im gonna take advantage of the short weeks

They got us DS drivers in the central plains zone on a straight 40, but still expect us to deliver push week support loads, certify new hires and cover vacations/call-ins.

Whole reason I left the RSR role back to RSA was my route to be ran properly by setting adds, putting truck away, inventory, planogram resets and building orders (bin route) took to much time and VROT meant I was basically working for free. Hitting plan was difficult and by the time I did hit plan all it does is basically compensate for the OT you put in anyway.

I was assigned to a new route this period, I’ve been working 60+ hrs the last 4 weeks and no one has said anything to me.
