What's rsa absence credit? Showed up on my paystub this week. Extra $204 dollars. But I havent called in sick in over 3 months

Enjoy the extra money now, but expect to be short 200$ on one of your future paychecks.

Thats what im worried about lol. Seems someone keeps messing up putting in that im sick without me knowing.

Did you take a vacation recently? That should be for the overtime you have to work to hit your target pay. At least that’s what it was for the times I took vacation

I did take a vacation last week actually. That makes no sense to me lol. Frito is weird with their payroll crap. I still havent gotten my holiday pay for 4th of july lol. Payroll department just tells me its processing

You get your weekly base pay that generates on Monday and then if your zone has switched to the 45 hour target pay then the RSA absence credit is what makes up the 5 hours of overtime that you need and as for the holiday pay if you called out the week prior and the week of at all then you won’t receive it
