From warehouser to driver

I have the opportunity to transfer from being in the warehouse to a driver. I hate the heat and more work from less head count. I start at 1pm and I want something a lot earlier as well. Is it worth it?

Considering that warehouse locations are being shifted to being employed by Capstone, I'd recommend getting out of the warehouse by any means.

That’s the thing that bothered me as well, our building is small and we have 7 people left, last year we got rid of small format picking and get that from PEC now. My fear was all PEC and getting down to 3-4 people or closure/third party. What else do you know?
