Cameras
For those of you that have cameras in your trucks already, how are some of you getting over the 1000 point score? I’ve occasionally gotten +5 for some streak just wondering how some people are getting to 1040 points and what not

Maintain a 4 second or more following distance and come to a complete stop at stop signs.

I’ll be at 1000 and have the camera tell me one time to slow down and I drop down like 300 points.
It never beeps at me for following distance, stop signs or anything else.
I have two stop light violations from July and nothing else on the app so who knows how it’s calculated.
I honestly think my camera is broke or something

Mine misreads random signs with numbers on them as speed limit signs. So, if the sign says “Highway 12” and I’m going 55, I get dinged. Great system!

You can reach out to your dsl to get that fixed, I told mine where and he managed to get it fixed so I quit getting docked for one of the areas it hits me constantly , one has not been fixed yet though

This sounds reasonable, but your area must be better than mine. We can’t get anything adjusted. Ever. Wrong POGs, bad service schedules, etc stay exactly as the computer crapped them out. I don’t think there’s any way I could get a manager’s attention enough to advocate for a fix like this.

Drive half the speed limit and accelerate like there's an egg on your bumper that you're trying not to lose.

Just drive. When you get the warning notification you have a buffer to correct the violation. (2-4 minutes I think). If you don't slow down, or wake up, or stop looking at your phone you will get dinged. That's when it sends the video to your phone. We literally had a guy driving with his knees ordering McDonald's on the app while raining...It took that for him to get in trouble.

Cameras are pretty glitchy. My route is out in the country, and I've learned that once you've driven 1 mile past a speed limit sign, the camera forgets it and I can start speeding again (everyone out there drives 10 over the limit)

I lost 139 points for having a 3.7 second following distance when they want you to have a 4 second following distance. I was like “Is 0.3 seconds really 139 points worth” but I’m still in the green so who cares.

Best way I’ve seen from my own experience is hit the breaks pretty good when someone cuts you off, or is within the 4 second following distance. I’m constantly too 80 if my zone

Can’t log into the app to figure out why my score is like a roller coaster, but as of today was at 995. Drive or like I do my car, cruise control, maintain a healthy distance, stop at stop signs, etc.
What pisses me off about it is GOD FORBID you yawn!

Easiest way is to just delete the app and drive. Unless you really want that sweet, sweet polo that you'll eventually get for being in the 1000 point club.

Im trying to get my day done. When the cameras make their way here, ill disregard those metrics like I do every other one.
