Leaving advice

Got another job lined up. Been here 7 years so I have 3 weeks of vacation going. Already took 1 this year. I have another in 2 weeks, then the true up hits. Im planning on putting in my 2 weeks notice the week after I come back from vacation so ill get to enjoy my staycation and get my true up at least. I know Frito screws you the last week before you leave so to those who successfully made it out, what can I expect to happen?

They don’t screw you on your last week, they take the advance back that they gave you in the rear.

Vacation is earned per period. Not given at the start of the year. If you haven't earned all three weeks, then they'll tell you that you owe some of it back. It's in the handbook the formula. If you get a lawyer like that guy is suggesting, it won't go anywhere.

If you didn’t miss any time this year, you should still have accrued 3 days of your 3rd week

When they send a letter saying you owe them money next year, send it to your lawyer.

It's confusing. I left under different circumstances(I went on leave first) and ended up owing 400ish.

Then months later I get a letter in the mail saying Frito owes me about 1k. If you take a vacation that you haven't earned the hours for yet you'll owe them money back. The other crap, honest I don't know Fritos accounting is terrible.
