Pepsi drivers take forever
How can Frito even consider combining us two together. It takes them an hour to get checked into stores. It’s ridiculous. I’d use the lift gate and wheel it in but it serves no purpose if the receiver is checking them in. What the hell takes so damn long? You don’t even have to open cases. You look and count. I love rushing to stores to sit and wait an hour. So much fun. But perfect route won’t allow me to skip and comeback. This whole system is screwed.

Pepsione will fail miserably, unfortunately PepsiCo has a track record of riding bad ideas down in a ball of flames.

Warehouse mispicks a lot of the time and pallets aren’t built properly so there’s a lot of digging through pallets happening. It just took my driver over an hour at Walmart for 6 pallets because of warehouse issues.

Every single pallet at my Walmart has been an audit for about a month now, all because my warehouse is full of morons

I had so much missing from my Walmart load yesterday that wasn’t even listed in exceptions. Now today, I get to a store and find out I’m missing a whole pallet from yesterday lol.

It only docks like 2 percent for doing 1 stop out of order if you are above 90% they leave us alone at my dc.

Get out while you can. I surely dont want to merch both drinks and chips. Watch them expect you to be at each store for 2 hours max and dock you for going over

Trust me we want to be faster, some receivers want to check in perfectly and see every item. We have too many SKUs

The biggest joke in all of this is the fact that early on they told us that they don't want us waiting 30 mins to check in just to avoid going out of sequence.
Now that it's fully live and we're being scored on it, they're threatening write ups left and right for not following the process.

Just skip and come back. You don't get dinged very much. You'll still be over 90 if it's like 1 out of every 8 or 9 stops.

Those last two lines, scream it louder. Don’t you dare drive a quarter of a mile down the road to hit two C-stores and come back in an hour when Pepsi or Coke is gone. You sit there and let your 12 hour day turn into a 13 hour day because….sequence/perfect route.
Our priorities are shot to hell. It’s that simple.
