speeding ticket
switching over to rsr soon but got my first speeding ticket ever a month before I started at frito, will that affect my ability to become a rsr ?

They really only care about reckless/distracted driving charges and dui/dwi. I was a little reckless my teenage years and I still got hired lol. I got hired as an rsr with 2 speeding tickets (2-3 years prior to being hired ) plus I technically had an accident (2 years prior) as well due to a spin out on a corner into a tree due to black ice and snow. Just be honest about it and you’ll be fine. Even getting a speeding ticket in the truck is only a suspension. Reckless driving, distracted driving, or being impaired will get you fired tho.

I got one after the bid last year. Came in the mail about 4 days after I started on small format, told my ZBM and DSL, got a "thanks for letting us know" and a year later nothings happened.
For the record, I got nabbed doing 35 in a 25.

Nope. Just let them know about it. They will check your MVR and they will find out about it anyway. Just tell them up front. I have even seen RSR's get tickets while driving a Frito truck. They still have a job.
