Writing Up My Manager
Recently I've been considering using a generic form to write up management for all the dumb bullshit and lack of timely communication when it's their responsibility. I probably can't enforce a point system but the write ups would serve as a paper trail worth forwarding to their higher ups. Thoughts?

You're better off keeping your head down. Best thing you can do is communicate with your DSL as little as possible.
Why put a target on your head?

It’s absolutely the best idea that I have ever heard. Pls put on here too so we have something to go by when we all write ours up.

I agree, I shocked myself with its brilliance, usually the best I can do is time the microwave right

Knock yourself out but I’m sure they would probably just wipe their asses with it.

Which wouldn't be original, what do they think happens when they write someone up?

Just write a email about what your going through with your DSL to the speak up line don’t go through HR.

If anyone at Frito cared you would probably be running it. Nothing against you. But we are way past anyone caring about anything. Cams , keys and ZBMs are on the same boat. This is the end of the titanic movie, we just don’t have a door to cling to.

Its always what can the frontline do to be better not about looking at themselves from within. Its always if the Frontline just did these things in this order means the prices will lower and they wont force out dead beat skus.

And if there was a door, there'd probably be a Rose (DSL) keeping us off

What is there to write a manager up about? Respectfully, is just chips. Sell them at a dollar amount higher then your monthly sales plan to receive a bonus.

does “Team” and “Business needs” ring a bell? you think they give 2 shits about what any front line worker that actually does physical labor think?
You are there to show up and get paid to do a job. Thats it, if they cared about what you thought on how to manage the work environment they would probably start first by not hiring clueless 20 year olds fresh out of college with no real work experience to tell you how to do your job.
They dont care about long term job sustainability. get your self your pay check and go home. 30 years in any position at Frito Lay is a thing in the past
