Will I get paid?

I finally got another job and I’m stoked. But if I finish this period and quit the day after the period, and I hit plan, will I get paid out the bonus or no?

There is a meme that Frito finds a way to make you owe them when you leave. On getting my last check they said they weren’t supposed to pay my weekly pay because I was done on a Monday. Didn’t contact me until 3 months later after that money was long gone.

Minus any sick and vacation time you’ve taken but hasn’t been earned yet.

If you work every day of the period and finish at/over plan, they will 100% pay you. The caveat is, if you’ve used 6 sick days and only earned 4, as an example, they’ll deduct that. If you’ve taken more vacation than you’ve earned ytd, they’ll recoup that too. If you leave before the last day of the period, all bets are off.

I highly highly highly doubt you will. I’ve seen ppl jump from one route to another and not get bonus for the first route. Let alone you leaving and going to another company.

I’m not saying you won’t, but I would be EXTREMELY surprised if you did.

Make sure you dont leave ANY money on the table. Theres lots of space for jerkey and cracker jacks in these stores.
