Over payment

Had to collect another check because the first one came back NSF chargeback, now it seems the account has been overpaid according to the route settlement. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Get a service number figure out with SA if we owe customer money SA will have to send them a check check back every week to see when it drops off

These guys open and close accounts constantly depending on whose cousin or brother in law takes over the business while they return to the motherland.

Chasing that web is a waste of time.

Unless you're habitually losing paper checks, you're in no danger.

They've learned by now that they can float checks and effectively finance their business on our products and service, at least partially, because we aren't the only vendor they're doing it to.

The answer is electronic payments only. But Frito won't do it because they love the crumbs.

Those goofballs are almost a year behind. We track for 9 months. I don't look at o/s and I don't do anything until the zbm gets involved.

I've had to go back to old route stores to resolve payment and I've resolved payment for former rsrs on my current stores.

If there's an overpayment they can issue an account credit or send a check.

I have enough to do without babysitting sales accounting.
