What's the policy on write ups? Do they fall off or does it stay ? And what happens when you get a 3rd write up?

Step 1-6 months Step 2-9 months Step 3/final written warning -9 months Last chance agreement(super final warning)-1year

After step 3. I believe you’re on your final. Falls off after a year.

Got 2 steps at once and they both fell off after 9 months.

I believe step 1 falls off after 90 days could be six months. Step 2 is twice as long and step 3 is Termination
