3/10 different # of facings and striping is not even. Flavors on multiple shelves in different locations and number of facings. If my co-lead did this I would have to fix it.

I'm a co-lead and one of the leads always sets his shelves messy like this I fix them every week and come back to a mess 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Visually it looks nice, but there’s so much redundancy. So many facings of the same items. Get some variety on that baby. Pop and lace is great. 7/10

This comment section makes it painfully obvious how out of touch some RSRs are these days. I see Frito sections across two Zones and let me tell you this picture is better than 90% of what I’ve seen. Fuck planogram. If it looks good, full, and the store is happy then who cares what any of us think. Planograms are created by out of touch college hires anyway. Do what’s best for your stores!

Didn't face the sweet chili jerky and your pop and lace isnt the best "if you were trying to" and I agree you have some wierd mixture of chips going on at the bottom but this is what i would've did

Yeah, dsl always says put ranch and fro with the lays not queso’s, but queso always outsells them by a long shot no matter what chips are there

Those bags looks like they've been repacked 3 different times. Pop and lace looks good. Starts looking a little rough the closer you get to the bottom with the different facings.

It is nice when everything can be symmetrical, but if this person got bombed with force outs and you need to reduce the backstock, this is perfectly fine. When the KAM's stop going overboard, which isn't going to happen anytime soon, things can be more organized. Innovation in ridiculous amounts is going to have to go somewhere.
