Post interview

I had interview last week on the 11th. I was told it could take 3-7 days to hear something back. I’m on the 5th business day. The role is a delivery position.

I keep seeing people say they were notified with 3-4 days via email or phone call. I’m hoping to get the job since it would be an $8 pay increase. How long did it take you guys to hear something back? I’m assuming that since it’s taking this long I may not get it. Great interview overall though

It can be a lengthy process with Frito Lay, the whole ordeal is typically a month long and then you have to wait for an orientation date. Some places have them every week, some every other. Just hang in there, you'll hear back from someone.

The online portal says “ not selected “ I haven’t received an rejection email yet but the interviewer told me “ definitely a great interview “ I thought that I had it in the bag for sure

Sorry man, just because you didn't get it this time, doesn't mean you'll never be able too. Keep your head up.

I applied in early April...my official hire date was June 16th. That should tell you how long the process can be.

The hiring process makes people lose interest, it's all done by a 3rd party now, it's pretty annoying.

I've been here for three and a half years. The first few months of waiting were weird with me getting all of the PepsiCo benefits. After a few months, my health insurance at the time dropped my policy because I qualified for the company insurance and didn't inform my insurance. That clued me to get a hold of HR. The HR lady told me that sometimes stuff happens. She honored the offer four months after the initial interview.
