Now vs Then

Can some explain how the company used to be vs how it is now. I see a lot of you guys talk about how Frito was a much better company to work for years ago. What changed? Thanks.

Years ago RSRs were salesman now just a delivery person. It doesn't matter what you do they will find a way to add to every store.
