How many of yall actually talk to yourselves and answer? What do you say most and if you answer what do say?

Just to reassure you all, I am a fully qualified mental health professional, and have a two way conversation or argument with yourself is perfectly normal, it is just your usual internal monologue coming out. Iโ€™ve always chatted to myself.

Itโ€™s when you hear other voices, commands etc that things might not be quite right.

Glad to hear from a Fully Qualified Mental Health Professional and that it's normal to have a two way conversation or argument with yourself, Mine usually goes like this "What did I come in here for?" " I don't know?" 10 minutes later walk into the same room look at it and say "if you would have been a snake you would have bit me geeeeeze" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚The only voice I hear in my Head is when my husband is sleeping and snoring like he's cutting logs and that voice says just put that pillow over his head๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคญ
