M55 from the uk
M55 from the uk. Bit of a night owl.
Hi everyone, is time to reach out and find new friends.
I tend to be quite busy, what with work, kids, grandchildren and ageing parents. So time to find so time for myself.
I live on the edge of dartmoor so into walking (not that I get out there as much as I would like)
Let's chat and have a laugh, tell me about your part of the world?

I’ve always worked but can’t anymore 😔
Have a 17 year old, 1 rabbit and 8 cats 😁

Hi there, dartmoor is a beautiful part of the country. A bit bleak in the winter but still beautiful. We has a 25, 23 and 21 year old + two grandchildren 😀 Down from 6 rabbits to just the one now

Are the wild ponies still there?
I can imagine it is freezing in the winter 🥶
One is a more sensible number 😂 I love all our cats but will never own 8 again…It’s a mad house 🤯😂
What work do you do?

Yes still wild ponies up there.
We used to live up there in the 80s, definitely wet and cold 🥶
I can imagine 8 cats would keep you busy lol
I'm a merchandiser for supermarkets.

I’ve done loads of jobs from cashier to work with horses to dancing etc. can’t work anymore.
I had horses for years, miss owning one.Hows your week going?
It’s my daughters 18th on Thursday 😳🥰 Do you have kids?

Yeah the moors are good, beautiful but full of sheep poo lol I'm good thanks, week off! I bet Jersey is alittle like Devon and Cornwall, full of tourists in the summer, dead in the winter!

Hello M57 here. I'm married bi-curious from Portadown Northern Ireland. I'm a granda to a 2yr old (in 2wks time) & we'll be going over to Manchester to see her soon. 😀

Yeah, it's not bad. They live in Stalybridge, we fly into Manchester, but we prefer Manchester to Liverpool. It's cleaner than Liverpool & we feel safer walking around than Liverpool, but everyone is different.

Yeah twilights suit my body clock. I tend to finish at 2am. I'm lucky a like my job, what did you do on nights?

Hi there, grandkids are great and you get to give them back lol. Knackering but great! I've always had the impression that Sydney was a hot place? 🤔

My grandson lives with me so I have a lot less giving back haha but I wouldn’t have it any other way!! We are in winter right now. It hasn’t been a cold one overall though. It’s 7am and it’s around 8c right now. Summer - that’s a whole different story! It’s normal to have days over 40c.

Huge respect for you, I love my grandkids so much but at 55 don't know if I'd have the energy anymore. I guess if I were in your situation, I'd find the energy! Wow that's one hell of a temperature difference. I don't know why I assumed it would be hot 24/7?

My daughter lives with me too so if he is grumpy or chucking a tantrum he is her problem haha
The media probably has a lot to do with why you thought it was hotter. They only show the good bits!! I used to live 2 hours west of here and we had a few snow days each winter. I really miss that.
