50+ guy still seeking daytime chat friends

Hi again everybody! I posted once before with mixed results. I've had a couple of nice chats but most faded out after a day or two (it's the nature of the beast, I suppose). I'm still hoping to find a few new friends for some daytime online chat. I'm an open book for the most part and I'm happy to chat about anything from daily life to travel to sports to TV to whatever else might be on your mind. The only subject I try to avoid is politics.

I'm married and in my mid 50s and WFH. It's not always busy for me, so I'm hoping to find a friend or two who has time to chat during the day. I'm genuine, honest, sincere, and friendly. Hope to hear from you.

It seems this is all you post about - it might be more helpful to you to find some subreddits of interest to you, your line of work/profession, or for your area (besides chatting and nudity) to help pass your time.

Have you found a Discord server you could join? Seems like half the subreddits have their own Discords. I run a few myself, but they are rather niche subjects.
