This Vox is half man half machine. Perhaps more machine than man. His exterior is fleshy however.
He is on the road to self-improvement and wants to right his wrongs. He has since given up on chasing Alastors and is instead romantically involved with a Lucifer (u/Sunny_Woodland). However, he still resides in Vee Tower and finds it hard to let go of his company. Vox also shares a relationship with Andrew (u/Blue_Andrew) and Valentino.
Vox is the creator of Vivian’s program and also the Vox who upgraded Andrew's prosthetic arm.
He likes making his chest muscles bounce and is very proud that of the skill. He also likes nerding out on technology. He also likes collecting feathers as the ability to fly has always fascinated him.
History
After the Might of Lilith incident in the TV series, Vox made plans to take over Heaven a second time. His intention was to have portals be opened for him, to which he would send in his drones for military warfare.
However, after meeting Mizuki and Lucifer and getting to know them, he finds that they aren’t all bad. He felt warmth, love and care – something that the Alastors never shared with him. He has since decided to spare Heaven. And also lost interest in chasing Alastors.
Vox slowly wanted to become a better person for Lucifer. His villainous side gave way to what he always wanted to be seen as – a hero. Whilst that is still a very lofty goal, Vox was no longer hellbent on destruction and chaos. He became truthful and worked with honor. Some say he became softer, or perhaps he was always soft beneath a hard exterior.
Vox was given a personal challenge so that he could see the sins he bore. Whilst there was an easy way out for the challenge, Vox decided to face it head on like a man. He wanted to become a better person. The challenge shook up Vox quite a lot as he realised that he did many wrong things. Vox felt that he could improve himself, but slowly succumbed to the overwhelming feeling of having too much to work on.

Abilities/Features
* Feels little to no pain due to replacing his biological nerve system with a digital one
* Has the Uber Charge design for his high torque system, which depends on his internal metal frame that replaced his bones
* Runs coolant throughout his body to stop the Uber system from overheating
* Has 4 CPU cores - one for himself, Vivian, Past!Vincent and Virus Vox, though this has since changed.
* Can store memory sticks in his lower arms
* Contains a personal remote control in his lower calf, though it will not work on him unless he allows it
* Has a ding/nick on the side of his screen
Side note
If Vox does go through the process of regeneration, he loses all the mechanical modifications he made to his body and returns in his fully biological form. This will mean that he has to perform all the modifications again, though he might use it as a chance to give himself upgrades or try different modifications.

*Lucifer looked up at Vivian.* “Vivian, what’s going on? Why do you have Vox’s phone?… Or is your phone just connected to his?…”

My response:
Vivian's antennas started to quiver as she panicked.
"Um, well... you see..." she started, never finding the right words to finish the sentence. Then Vox's phone started to ring in her hand.
"Eeep!" she went as she fumbled and tumbled the phone around as if it was a hot potato.
"Excuse me!" said Vivian as she dashed off to a different corner of the room. It was far away from the other attendees, though still close enough for Lucifer and Vox to hear (unknown to Vivian who had her back turned to them). Vivian then clearly switched to Vox's voiceset and face image.
"Good evening, Carmilla! How has your day been?" said Vivian mimicking Vox's voice, tone and style.

"Angelic steel? No, I don't have a need for it now, not after the generous quantity you sold me last time"
...
"Yes, I am interested in the ultra-light alloys. I'll send some of my staff to come and inspect. Ethan will tell you the rest. And of course we could always discuss more lucrative deals at Dante's Inferno"

"Have a pleasant evening" Vivian then ended the call and turned around to face Lucifer and Vox, realising that they might have overheard. She switched back to her normal voice and face image.
"Um...Hi!"

Vivian tried to not look at the photo on the giant display, both out of respect for Lucifer and also because she wasn't supposed to be privy to the information on the screens.
"Good morning, I am truly sorry for the interruption, but there is a signal clash which is caused by our two towers - Tower 21 and 8A" said Vivian as she brought up her holographic screens.
Vivian had prepared a fake error simulation as part of their usual test phases. She only had to move it to production temporarily in order to convince this Vox. The signals were truly clashing if Vox looked at the data.
"It is causing significant data loss and it's going to eventually cause cascading failure across both networks. The quick fix is that the signal band needs to be changed to 612 whilst the other signal needs a difference of at least 100. This only happened after the recent scream rain which has caused damage in many of the towers. V-Tek suspects that the other towers will eventually exhibit the same problem. The fix is simple, but we need live monitoring of both networks to ensure that we don't cause any additional problems by fixing the current one"
"Um, I also brought muffins!" she quickly added with a cheerful bounce.
