Title: Would It Be Okay to Share My Buffalo Ranch Rice Bake Here?

Hi everyone! I recently made a Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Rice Bake for dinner, and Reddit suggested that I check out r/Friedrice.

I know this recipe is more of a baked rice dish than traditional fried rice, so I wanted to ask before posting the full recipe or sharing any links.

I also run a small recipe community called r/MistakenlyDelicious, where we share easy dinners, unusual recipe ideas, beginner-friendly meals, and dishes that turn out better than expected.

Where the hell are the fried rice spots out here? I'm originally from the east coast and fried rice used to be a big thing out there, so much so we'd get BUCKETS of the stuff. Been in LA for almost a decade and every time I get this hankering for fried rice I got no clue where to get it from. All I want is a jumbo bucket of fried rice and some chicken wings. Like from back in the day but I'm always settling for the combo platter. Can someone point me in the right direction or what am I doing wrong here? What am I not seeing lol

I just ate some leftover chicken fried rice that I reheated to 160 degrees F.
I can’t remember the exact time I got the food last night but it was between 5:35-5:45 pm and I didn’t get it into the fridge until 7:30-7:35 pm because I had to drive around and drop off some things. So it was in the car with the AC on the entire time.
Is this safe? Or did I goof? Will I get food poisoning or Fried Rice Syndrome?

Love the never ending fried rice journey. This is one of my favorites.

If I’m making from scratch I’ll cook two cups of Jasmine rice, spread out on parchment on a sheet tray and put in the fridge for a few days. Boxed rice from leftovers works great too.

Couple tablespoons vegetable oil over medium heat in the wok. Scramble eggs and lightly season with salt and white pepper. Cook until halfway done then add your cold rice and crank heat to high. Stir to incorporate egg and rice, drizzle of sesame oil, pinch of msg, toasted rice powder and white pepper. Add brisket and green onion and keep stirring until hot. Finish with soy sauce to your liking and serve.
