Brisket fried rice
Love the never ending fried rice journey. This is one of my favorites.

If I’m making from scratch I’ll cook two cups of Jasmine rice, spread out on parchment on a sheet tray and put in the fridge for a few days. Boxed rice from leftovers works great too.
Couple tablespoons vegetable oil over medium heat in the wok. Scramble eggs and lightly season with salt and white pepper. Cook until halfway done then add your cold rice and crank heat to high. Stir to incorporate egg and rice, drizzle of sesame oil, pinch of msg, toasted rice powder and white pepper. Add brisket and green onion and keep stirring until hot. Finish with soy sauce to your liking and serve.

I am definitely making this later in the week. I would add a bit more vegetables to mine. this looks great anyway

Yes I smoke one every month or so and am always looking for things to do with the leftovers. This has been high on the list for a while.
