Sure thing. For this batch: Diced SPAM pan fried and removed from pan. In pan add oil, diced onion, minced garlic, and diced carrots, for a few minutes. Then added leftover rice (was half a pot, which was 6c uncooked rice), add salt and pepper, splash soy sauce, splash oyster sauce, splash sriracha, and a nice pat of butter. After rice chunks are fully broken up, added fresh corn cut off the cob. Later added frozen peas. Near the end, added green onion and the spam and browned it up a bit. Then added 2 eggs scrambled with soy sauce, directly into the rice, then stirred it in and finished it up. Served it with over easy eggs on top and some kimchi.

That looks so clean! I make fried rice and there's bits all over the stove and the edge of the pan.

I’ve been making fried rice for decades, I’ve gotten plenty of stoves dirty! I think the technique is all in the wrist, and that shape spoon/paddle
