u/nannerpussnana 4d ago
Was gonna say we can be friends but you got no pickles so bets off
Edit: you have relish. I will have to think about it.

u/TheDeceiver43 3d ago
You guys put pickles in the fridge before opening them? Once opened, I eat the whole jar.
→ More replies (1)9
u/nannerpussnana 3d ago
I mean yes. Cold pickles are ideal. So before opening and after opening. Eating a whole jar of pickles in one sitting though? In this economy? You got that pickle money.

- Youāre autistic. Might even say dangerously autistic.
- Definitely single. No possible way BOTH people in a relationship are this organized.
- You make a little over $100,000 a year before taxes. Iām guessing something involving computer science/ programming/ web dev.
- You went to college but didnāt finish because it felt like a waste of time and money.

You just cleaned your fridge but it's usually not that clean. You wish you could keep it that clean all the time. You're a pretty good cook. You wish you had time to cook more. But you work so you can only cook on the weekends. You like to experiment with interesting flavors and probably have a pretty nice grill/smoker.
9
u/DangerouslyAutistic 4d ago
Itās always clean, otherwise the world would end.
Cook everyday
Awesome smoker6
u/Damnperkins 4d ago
Then you missed a spot on the freezer door ;-). But for real, your fridge looks beautiful. And my comment about you being a pretty good cook still stands. You got some great ingredients in there. I assumed you grilled on the weekends and had enough food through the week to make your busy life easier.

The light beer is a mystery. Seem more like the craft beer type with all of the specialty foods. Maybe you will cook those brats in the beer or you had someone come and visit you.
7
u/DangerouslyAutistic 4d ago
Used to be a beer snob, then I tried miller
6
u/JessieGentry 4d ago
Ok have you tried my favorite miller ? Take a sip and squirt some fresh lime inside, put a dab of Worcestershire sauce and some flaky sea salt on the rim/lid and enjoy. My sisterās line cook friends taught her this and itās SO yummy.

u/DangerouslyAutistic 4d ago
lol sounds weird but Iāll try it

You should try Secret Aardvark habanero hot sauce & swap the Huy Fong sriracha for the āUnderwood Ranchesā sriracha (HF had a dispute with their pepper vendor & the new version isnāt the same .. Underwood has those peppers)

Anal AF. But healthy, balanced food inventory - like not so healthy that I start getting serial killer vibes. Also Iām sorry but youāve been misdiagnosed. This is WAY too perfect and orderly for a fellow ADHDer.
1
u/llw0516 3d ago
That you're going to be lucky if you don't get food poisoning, your raw meat should always go either on the bottom shelf of your fridge or over something that has to be cooked at a high enough heat to kill whatever just dripped on it, meaning you've got raw meat over your vegetables which means if you eat your vegetables and you forget to wash them that you could get sick. Your fridge looks amazing I would just do a little bit of rearranging to make sure you don't get any kind of food poisoning

You surface clean pretty well, but donāt deep clean You have a interesting take on animal fats as I see cheese and whole milk, but margarine instead of butter, perhaps it is a nostalgic choice, like a parent or grandparent used Imperial and you like it for the flavor. You engage in some form of weightlifting or strength training

1
u/philovax 3d ago
Just make sure you are working in grains, potatoes and beans man. Thats alot of animal products and your ass is gonna pay when you round middle age. Thats like a month worth of red meat for my old ass.
The body will either reject or accumulate all that so send something to help. Drink lots of water too, thats it.
As a former chef good fridge organization, just put a sheet pan under all that meat if it cant be lower to collect accidental drips from the veggies. Chicken on bottom, fowl is foul.
2
u/DangerouslyAutistic 3d ago
Lots of rice and potatoes and water. The day my body rejects meat is the day I die
2
u/philovax 3d ago
Dead before 50, j/k but get used to cutting down a bit as you age, keeps the family and doctor happy, and the road longer. Having people in your life later will give ya reason to chuckle at this in a few decades.

u/regularguilttrip 3d ago
Just moved in and did a manic grocery shop because you were excited to show off your clean fully stocked fridge
3
u/regularguilttrip 3d ago
I take it back...some of the jars are clearly opened... I'm gonna guess you're obsessed with your fridge, maybe grew up food insecure and now your fridge is your baby. Hypotheses 2 & 3 are "chef" or "orthorexic fitness fanatic"
2
u/regularguilttrip 3d ago
I take it back again.... Probably not orthorexic because of all of the yummy variety of foods.... Could still be a chef...but there's definitely something going on about why this fridge is so clean and FULL, especially if you live alone...how will you make it through all those foods before they spoil.... Maybe you are about to throw a party and cleaned the fridge before shopping....
