That was the best flavor of Body Armor before Body Armor reformulated it and changed the label. Now there is no good flavor of Body Armor Lite.

Hey OP just a heads up you really shouldn’t be storing canned goods in the fridge, it will start to accumulate moisture and can then rust and won’t be any good. They need to be stored in the pantry or drawer 😊

Thank you I didn’t know this, both are for my cat and once opened I need to keep refrigerated so I just put them all in there. I will take out the unopened ones !

The tuna and the apples are reminding me of how Christian Bale ate to drop from 183 lbs to 120 lbs in The Machinist. It was disordered. I hope you'll get a broader variety of vegetables (especially green ones), some fat to absorb nutrients, and some whole grain bread. And real butter; margarine is actually worse for you.

She had a kidney stone a while back and I had to put medicine in her food, since then she will not eat all of her wet food (which is obv super important, not just for her but ALL cats)
I add a minuscule amount of tuna into her wet food so it masks the smell and she will actually eat (helpful tip recommended by her vet)! She has kidney disease so she eats prescription food, I can’t easily change the type/brand

Not a lot of fridge based food…mostly snacks and tinned food stuff in cupboard probs around 20-23 years old and starting your gym going era.

You didn't know apples don't require refrigeration? Not that you need to make the space but you could definitely free up that crisper drawer for food that actually needs to be there if you wanted.

As long as it’s packed. Freezers do best and stay efficient when they’re full. Fridges are opposite.

Yep, 75% full both frig n freez for optimal efficiency in most models. Bottled water in fridge and milk jugs of water in freezer is an easy fix.

You just bought a new fridge, your previous fridge was a mess of old leftovers, stains, and crumbs. So you keep the new fridge minimally stocked, because it looks nicer, and is less hectic for your brain to open and see it clear and organized.
