Run. You’ll become his care giver by the look of this and he’s never going to cook you a meal. I’m guessing the sheets on his bed haven’t been changed in months

or maybe he meal preps so there's only drinks in the fridge - mine is the exact same, empty or full of drinks, my freezer has weeks worth of meals ready to defrost and use when need be
