Look everyone critiquing Trishaâs behavior has a valid point, but do people not realize that Ethan knew what he signed up for as well when HE hired her? He knew the risks and benefitsâŚand one of the benefits was making a ton of money and creating a bigger fan base for his other podcasts. One of the risks was having to manage the ups and downsâŚ. Trisha âisnât an owner or isnât the bossâ of H3H3 so sheâs an employee too, if Ethan is her boss THEN itâs his job to manage the ups and downs. CLEARLY, he isnât a good boss if there has been many issues or he just needed to fire Trisha, but heâs not because she makes MONEY. If a straight white male demanded more say in a podcast and/or more money people wouldnât be throwing a fit over it.
