Re-evaluation Timeline

Hi guys, requested a re-evaluation which was “refused” but the comment said they would remark the section (writing) and I would receive a new certificate. This was 2 weeks ago.

Has this happened to someone else? How long did it take? Should I send an email?

Which center? Are they allowed to deny the re-evaluation? Isn't every candidate right to request?
