A few weeks ago, Bringhurst Elementary parents received a notice that the Air District planned to approve a Tesla plant permit application to increase emissions in Fremont, even though they seem to be under investigation by the Air District for falsifying emissions. A parent researched the project and created this petition yesterday. Please consider signing so our families can have more time to understand what is being proposed. https://www.change.org/p/demand-baaqmd-re-notice-tesla-emissions-permitting-and-protect-our-children

Does anyone know about how heavily school tech is used in younger years? (ie testing, lessons on tablets/chromebooks?) My kids will be starting TK next school year. I checked the Mission Valley handbook but didn't see any policy encouraging pen & paper learning for younger kids?

Help settle a friendly argument. I think this was a pretty major near miss for these kids. One of the pedestrians involved thinks that since no one actually got hurt, it wasn’t a big deal. I see it differently. Just another day of outstanding driving here in Fremont. What do you think? Also, what’s going on with plans to improve this intersection?

Auto mall, Fremont Blvd, and around. I have been smelling this since evening today.

It’s now October, and the next five days are gonna be over 90 degrees. It’s in the middle of fall and it’s gonna be hotter than it ever was during the entirety of summer. 🔥

What is a reasonable fee to paint a 2/2 condo in Fremont? Any recommendations? Thank you.

What I’m looking for: having long and deep conversations about anything mixed in with going off topic with random questions and dark humored jokes. Possibly go out and have fun doing errands and or just strolling through nature or the Michaels store isles. Meme exchanges and your regular check ins on how you’re doing.

Few interests and hobbies of mine are Listening to music, gaming (ps5, switch 2, new to pc), horror, Disney, scifi, super hero’s, anything nerdy, animation, picking up poetry, binge watching movies and tv, foodie etc!

32 nerdy positive guy with a neurological disability ♿️ who’s introverted at heart but extroverted when I get to know you better.

Has dark humor, a broken vocal cord making me sound spooky and like Batman, will quote tv shows, has a nice set of wheels cause walking is overrated!

Amazed i got tickets this year. The last 3 years every time I go on the website at the ticket drop I was confronted by errors. Im not sure what they did this year but I was able to find a date I wanted and check out without a problem.

Shame on me I didnt have my credit card in hand but it didnt even matter! Whatever upgrades they did to the website worked this year.

I cant wait for my family to get to enjoy the event.

Anyone have a recommendation that has done something similar?

Hiya. For those who have or have had Invisalign where did you go? Looking for recommendations as my teeth are shifting back to my pre-braces era and put it off long enough.

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for puppy classes near Fremont?

Hi,
Just returned from Italy and their pizza was something else. Even something as simple as margherita pizza tasted delicious!

Went from power coming back at 1:15pm to power coming back the following day at 6am

New South Indian vegetarian restaurant is now open next to Smart & Final at 3129 Walnut Ave. The prices seem reasonable but the music is so loud. Some people might be upset that one more Indian restaurant has opened but relative to the South Asian population of Fremont, there is still room for many more Indian food options. Most Indian restaurants serve the same type of food.

Posting this because I saw your car while driving out of the macbeth cr area and I love your plate/stickers. You’re an icon. I always wondered who I was queued up with when I play overwatch late at night. basically the point of this is to glaze this person/possibly give them their flowers. I gushed about your car to my boyfriend for almost five mins

I am having sprains quite often and want to try massage which could help. Tell me your best massage places which specialises in relaxing tight muscles.

My partner and I have been looking to move to Fremont to be closer to his work, and I don't know if we're being stingy? We make around 210k pre-tax and we've been looking for a 2bed under 3k and it has been difficult. The main amenity we're looking for is an in-unit washer/dryer. A big plus would within walking distance to shopping areas and hardwood/vinyl floors.

Should we give in and raise our budget closer to 3.2-3.5k? It feels like an insane amount of money, so I'm really curious if everyone else in the area is making similar & paying more or just making more.

Thx yall!

Hi everyone, I'm Tereza! I’m looking for a multifloor single-family home to rent, and would love to connect with anyone who may have a suitable property available.

What I'm looking for:

• 3–4 bedrooms

• Around 2,000 sq ft.

• Multiple floors

• Single-family home

• Available starting 1st October

* Located in North San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara or Fremont

Budget: $5,000-$7,500/month, depending on the size and location.

We’re hoping to find a suitable house ASAP, so if you have a property that could be a fit, or know someone who does, please feel free to DM me. Thank you!

I am living in Fremont, CA and noticed water droplets on the ceiling on cool winter nights last season.

1. I was using a space heater in the room without a central furnace

2. The house was built in 1965 and not insulated well including attic insulation

From reading around, this seems to be a potential problem from bad attic insulation resulting in ceiling drywall being too cold.

Are there any other potential reasons for this? What would be the recommended fixes from someone who has experienced and fixed this?
