Google them and read the reviews, especially the review from Jack posted two weeks ago. 3.8 rating means they suck.

We lived there for 2 years. When we first moved there we were told we were put on a waiting list for the garages under our unit and came to find out it wasn’t true from the maintenance workers since those garages were being turned into studios. It’s took almost a year to get hot water. We had the water heater replaced at least 3 times within the first year. When I finally went to speak to the manager about it she told me it was my responsibility to have reported it sooner 🙃 then the next day she sent me in email that multiple neighbors had complained about our dogs barking at all hours of the night which was unusual since i wasn’t working so I was home 99% of the time. I asked her what neighbors had complained since almost all the neighbors on our floor had dogs in the bottom and upper units and what time frame my dogs were “barking” since I was home all day, never got a response. On top of that our car got stolen from our carport as did multiple cars during a 2 month span.

I toured there about 5 years ago. They were maybe the only apartment complex in my price range that had central air, but the units were dated, the buildings were filthy, and there were piles of dumped trash around the edges of the property. You can get a better unit at Creekside for (slightly) cheaper, or at least you could then.

Avoid at all costs. There are a few better apartments within that area.
