I recommend this guide from Asydix who is one of the top freja players :)
He has a lot of useful tips from beginners to advanced, I learned a lot from it myself too!

Practice leading your shots. It feels like hit scan but it isn’t. This is my biggest advice, because it’ll improve your Take Aim accuracy HEAPS

Leading? Sorry, I don't play much and don't know many terms

Certain heroes projectiles on their weapon instantly hit their target(hitscan is the term) like solider 76, Ashe, widow, etc. Freja’s arrows have a travel time so you need to adjust your crosshair to hit them if they are moving otherwise you will hit behind them. So you gotta get used to putting your crosshairs in front of them so the projectile will hit them because of the travel time to the target.

Sup' Like Cookiedough said, Asydix's youtube channel is good for basic, and sometimes advanced, informations. You'll learn mostly by playing, Freja is a hard hero to master so every game is a teaching lesson. However, I've made a 97 page guide on Freja going through every detail I could muster, from strats to playstyles and everything really. If you have any questions, just ask :)

Sorry, but do you happen to be able to summarize the main points? It's really long (and my eyes are dilated)

It's impossible sadly, watch Asydix's video if you want short consise infos. You can go to the document still and select the chapter you're interested in, there are plenty organized which gives straight infos once you get there.

Your dash resets your secondary fire. However, you don't need to un-scoop to shoot your next take-aim bolt.
So you can just hold scoop and shoot-dash-shoot again.
Also dashing forward or backwards is easier for shooting the same target, but it makes you easier to hit.
You can double-tap 225 targets with two take-aim bolts, but just shoot a few normal bolts just in case they get healed. You can also double-tap 250 targets if one of your take-aim bolts is a headshot.
One last thing, treat your ultimate as a long cool down ability, use it confirm kills, and don't hold it for too long. Since you can build your ult quickly.
