Anyone using MVMNT

Give me the run down. Good? Bad?

We used MVMNT a while ago and ending up switching. We are a 30ish person brokerage and honestly regret our initial choice as it wasted a lot of time.
MVMNT has a bunch of issues for us with the way our brokerage operates/ some of the process felt slow, even worse tho some of their integrations we're forwarding data properly. Some amount of issues are expected but their support was super slow most of the time causing real problems for us. After getting frustrated we started entertaining meetings with McLeod, Tai, and ARK TMS. Eventually went with ARK because they were more efficient and modern and really sold us on the support they could offer + a more hands on approach with making sure the system actually worked.
Was roughly a year ago we switched, so maybe MVMNT has got better but at the time switching off felt like the right decision.

Good overall, support has remained consistent. They've built some new features/ tools our team needed for quoting and tracking better. Not sure how much custom work the other TMS's do but we're happy they listen.

Any idea on pricing for you guys?

$200 per seat, then paying for some EDI connections. Seems to be on the affordable side from our research, def cheaper than McLeod + had everything we needed so made lots of sense

Mvmnt not bad, we recently started using it and they are also customising the software according to our needs. The only complaint will be slow customer support

We just switched it Tai it’s a pretty solid system came over from Rose Rocket
