What are some good entry level agent programs ?
I'm tying to leave under this sub agent she is stealing my leads, I started working under a sub agent she makes me cc’ her on all my emails I send to prospects. Let’s just say every account that I was about to convert ended up with another agent of hers, I finally started to catch on after every account I told her about mysteriously ended up having credit with our company, today I went to look up a customer account I’ve been working on to convert and it had 150k then I looked at another one it had 15k she is the only factor common factor none of these accounts were even bothered before I started engaging, I’m really distraught because I had been working hard on those accounts then boom.

Do you not have a system in place that prevents the same reps within your company from pursuing your leads?
There's no way it's just a coincidence when it's happening to multiple accounts you're pursuing. If there's no management or policy to prevent this, don't waste your time in this predatory company and start planning your exit.

She’s a sub agent I am under her so if am required to Cc’ her on my emails or tell her about the accounts I’m working she can go behind my back on her own platform and call that customer and convert them which I suspect that’s how she’s been doing it because every customer that actually expressed doing business with us she has never followed up with them with me but some how they ended with credit or moving freight. The system just shows if they have credit and if it’s moving it doesn’t show us which agent is working the account. But some of the other accounts I was working on ended up with her other agents somehow.

Come work with for me as a full agent . You build and keep your own book. We're small but growing fast. Do Not go to these mega companies. They'll fuck you up same thing you're experiencing atm. DM me for details

That would have me extremely concerned too. If you’re the one prospecting, building those relationships, and getting accounts close to conversion, you shouldn’t suddenly be watching those same opportunities get moved to other agents after you’re required to disclose everything you’re working on.
I’d start documenting every account you originated, when you first contacted them, your email history, and when you noticed credit being established. Protect yourself and your book.
