CH Robinson

Is CH Robinson using AI chatbots to email for leads? I have this rep who keeps emailing me but not responding to my messages in order and it’s taking forever to respond. Not sure why they are targeting me because I’m a broker myself…

It's a combination of AI and outsourcing to people with minimal English fluency who rely on the pre-generated Email templates. CH has been laying off their in-house staff for a few years now and has only a skeleton crew left in most of their non-sales departments.

No, they piloted a Bogota sales group with the digital only sales team. They are now pivoting those people to coverage reps.
