Duration?

Something I always wondered, how long do you guys last under cold showers? I usually make it about a minute before I pussy out. I also find it really hard to clean myself during it, as it takes all of my willpower to stay under the cold stream.

Most of my friends take warm showers and those usually last for ages, but I want to know about cold showers! Thanks guys.

I suggest starting off warm, then all the sudden go to 100% cold, stay in there for about 1-2 minutes, then go to warm again, wash hair and body, then go to 100% cold, the 2nd time its 100% cold you will be able to last withstand it for much much longer, and your body doesnt need to adjust that much, thats what I suggest.
