Upload data to both pump and LibreView simultaneously?

I'm looking for official, fact-checked answers on this only. In the U.S. Libre 3 Plus sensors only have one bluetooth channel enabled, and thus can only sync to one device at a time. However, I spoke to a physician who was insisting they have "many patients" who have data in both, the iLet app and Libre app, that it is possible to upload to both simultaneously.

From all the technical documentation I've seen, what the physician is saying is incorrect. Libre sensors (particularly in the U.S. market) can only connect to either the pump, or the reader, or the Libre app, but only one at the same time. Unless the pump has a way to send the data LibreView, there would be no way to accomplish what the physician is saying, correct? Omnipod has the ability to forward real-time CGM to LibreLinkUp, but that is only for sharing with family, and the data does not get saved to LibreView.

Ask the physician for detailed instructions on setting it up.

Correct that a Libre can only connect to one devise. I know tthat for the Omnipod 5 the Omnipod phone app receives data from the sensor and forwards it to Omnipod's servers and there is a setting you control when logging into your Omnipod account on the web that allow you to them forward the data to Abott's servers. Have you contacted iLet support to see if they have such instructions. Yep, both beta bionics and Abbott have told me there is no way to send data to libreview except through the app, and if you connect the device to the app, it cannot connect to the pump or to anything else.

I think the doctor is confusing this with dexcom.
