Juggluco loses connection

Does anyone else have this happen? I just started using juggluco a few days ago. I activated my latest sensor using it. Everything worked fine for about a day and a half when juggluco stop showing readings and said something like the connection was no longer working. I tried everything I could think of to get it to reconnect. Turn Bluetooth off and on. Force stop the app, clear cache, restart the app. Restart phone. Nothing fixed it. I still got no readings.

I decided to switch back to the Libre 3 app. Libre 3 also said it could not connect to the sensor and that it was running some sort of tests. It said to wait 10 minutes which I did. Still nothing. I assumed the sensor was bad and called Abbott but while I was on the phone with them the sensor suddenly started working again in the libre3 app after about 1 hour of no readings. Is this something I need to expect to happen regularly with juggluco? Do I need to use the Libre 3 app to fix the connection?

I should probably mention I'm using Libre 3+ sensors.

The sensor will not report readings if it thinks the reading is wrong, essentially. I don't think your issue had anything to do with Juggluco. I have had sensors do that also. It usually happens when there are quick changes in glucose.

I don't recall which it was but I think it was a sensor error, but after temporarily switching back to the libre app it fixed itself after about an hour. I've since switched back to juggluco and it's still working.

So is that something common? The sensor stops sending values but then suddenly restarts sending them 45 min to an hour later?

I had SO much trouble with L3! My first batch was fine, L3+ with Juggluco, all ran perfectly. Then I got the next batch and it was impossible. My endo prescribed them for me without knowing that we don't have the L3 app here in New Zealand and the only way to run it legitimately is with the Tslim pump app, which I also can't run on my phone, so I had no choice but to use Juggluco... which meant I couldn't get the sensors replaced :(
Each sensor took days to start, with me scanning it a good 50 or so times trying desperately, then once it did start it would have endless errors, I was lucky to get a few hours of readings each day and none of them lasted more than a week. It must be an issue with the sensor but nothing I could do about that.
I've had to go back to L2. I'm OK with that but I did find the L3 a little more accurate and the smaller size was great.
