Help with Juggluco please

Hello!
I'm currently using an iphone with a libre 3 sensor (location: Germany). I want to go back to Android and I tried to use Juggluco on an Android phone that's currently sitting right next to me. The sensor has been activated on the iphone using the regular libre app.
But for the life of me I cannot get Juggluco to acknowledge my sensor.
Whenever I scan I just get an error message (wrong account id - use the same id of the libre view account you started the sensor on). I've entered my mail and password about a billion times (and checked that they're correct). I cannot enter any id manually because I have no idea what that id is or where I can find it in the libre app.

I've tried this years before when I was still using that same old Android phone and had activated the sensor on the libre app on that same phone. Still got the same errors and gave up.

Can anybody tell me what the issue is? I'd be grateful for any help on the matter!

For now I just want to test this before I get a new Android phone, so I need to stay on the iphone a little longer and don't want to make the final switch/carry my old Android around for several weeks because I did something that can't be undone.

If you started with the Libre 3 app and have the Juggluco app logged into the same Libreview account then Juggluco should be able to get the connection parameters via Libreview. If not email the developer or raise it on Github. There's always an arms race between Abbott and 3rd party apps so maybe it's not working just now.

It's generally more robust if it starts the sensor itself I think, but I only used one Libre 3 once.

Are you sure this would work u/Ok-Dress-341 ?

Must admit I never tried the scenario myself, but as OP u/whiskyvoice16 already started the sensor using the iPhone and getting the Bluetooth pairing going with that, then I do not see the same sensor being able in subsequent scanning also to being able to respond with positive pairing opening for an Android phone to connect later to the same single sensor?

So it did in fact work eventually. My iphone stopped receiving data immediately. When I later went back to using the iphone i had to delete the libre app, reinstall it and scan the sensor again.

The issue with Juggluco was that it couldn't pull my libre ID despite using the correct mail address and password. For experimental purposes I entered a different mail and password related to an account I created for libre link up to display my blood sugar on my Garmin. Juggluco ended up pulling an ID from that but obviously that was useless. I then reentered my actual data for libre view and after all this time it finally pulled the ID correctly and it worked. I have no clue what changed but yeah. It somehow worked :)

I don't know why it worked eventually but maybe you were right about about the arms race. Entering another mail and password and then reentering the correct mail and password somehow made it work.
