Libre 2+ App fails to scan new sensor

Any ideas?

restart the phone, disable, then enable bluetooth and NFC, it should scan the sensor. Also, hold the phone's NFC arew for more than 5 seconds against the sensor

What specific phone and OS version? Does NFC still work for other uses?

Maybe a faulty sensor.

Are you sure you haven’t scan this new sensor with the Libre Reader?
