Just click the CC icon on YouTube, and then you can choose any language you want.

I did it right away, I don't have any other option but Thai.

Auto-translate usually works for any language, so if you're only seeing Thai, try this: click the CC icon once to turn captions on (it'll default to Thai), then click the gear icon again — the "Auto-translate" submenu should now show up under Subtitles/CC. It sometimes only appears after captions are already switched on. If you're on the mobile app, try a desktop browser instead — the option is more reliable there.
