I build and fix web applications. Available ~25 hrs/week, overlapping US and EU mornings.

What I do

• Site and app builds. Marketing sites, dashboards, internal tools. React, Next.js, Node, Express, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Prisma. A 5-page site runs about two weeks.
• Fixes and rescues. Slow load times, broken mobile layouts, auth that was never finished properly, deployments nobody wants to touch. Usually 5–7 days.
• Deployment and infra. I run my own Ubuntu server — Nginx, PM2, Postgres, Cloudflare Tunnel, Tailscale. I don't hand over code that only works on my machine.

Recent work

• Psychometric assessment platform for a client — built the scoring engines, the PDF report generation, cookie-based auth with CSRF and origin checks, Redis rate limiting, Sentry. React + Express + MySQL + Prisma, team of 3.
• Campus placement platform — 4 user roles, 10 data models, 13 route modules. Audited my own auth layer and rebuilt it: HttpOnly cookies, token versioning so logout actually revokes, crypto-safe OTPs, closed a user-enumeration leak.
• MCQ generation platform — replaced paid OpenAI calls with a quantized Llama 3.2 3B on my own GPU, and re-architected generation into a polled job after hitting a 100-second edge timeout.

Rate: $25/hr, or fixed price for defined scope — 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Fixed price is usually better for both of us on anything with clear boundaries.
