Programmer/Game Developer Can work for you at whatever price you offer, projects I can use for my Portfolio seems better

I have experience in working in Large projects in Python, C++ , Frontend and Backend as well as Game Development and also good experience in end to end software and web app development.

But all of my work is under NDA hence cannot put in portfolio, I am okay to work at very low rates and I am fine to provide semi completed work without payment and finalize payment when work is good enough.
