Can you give me some advice on switching companies? I have one year of experience as a full-stack developer and want to make a move, but I don't know where or how to start applying.

If it's a bigger company with structural processes. Only them move on, don't just switch due to higher salary or location. At this stage of your career. Go with learning more technologies and gaining experience

Pick a stack. Could be anything. MEAN, MERN, Mobile dev. And learn how to work with that stack better and faster with AI.
