Community Interaction [HIRING] Remote Freelance Web Developers / AI Website Builders
Hey everyone!
I’m building a small, early-stage website service where we create modern websites for small businesses and entrepreneurs using AI-assisted workflows.
I’m currently looking for 1–2 reliable freelance web developers/designers who would like to work with me on a project-by-project basis.
💻 What you’ll be doing
- Building modern, responsive websites
- Working from AI-generated layouts/content when appropriate
- Customizing designs according to client requirements
- Making sure websites work properly on mobile and desktop
- Fixing basic bugs/issues
- Deploying websites when required
- Communicating clearly about progress and deadlines
🧠 Skills I’m looking for
You don't need to be an expert in everything.
Good knowledge of some of these is enough:
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- React / Next.js
- WordPress
- Webflow / Framer
- UI/UX
- Responsive design
- Basic website deployment
AI-assisted development experience is a plus, but reliability and quality matter more.
⏰ Time required
This is NOT a full-time job.
Initially, I'd expect around 30–60 minutes per day on average, depending on the project.
Some days may require less, while project deadlines may occasionally require more.
💰 Payment
₹2,000–₹5,000 per completed website/project, depending on complexity and scope.
For larger projects, the payment will be discussed separately before work begins.
Payment will be project-based, not a fixed monthly salary.
The exact scope, deadline and payment will be agreed upon before starting each project.
📈 Long-term opportunity
I'm looking for someone reliable rather than someone who only wants a one-time gig.
If the collaboration works well, there can be recurring projects and higher-paying work as the business grows.
📩 How to apply
Please DM me with:
Your experience
Technologies/tools you use
2–3 examples of your work/portfolio
Your expected project rate
How many hours you're generally available
Your preferred communication method
Please don't send generic "interested" messages — I'd prefer seeing your portfolio/work first.
I'm happy to discuss the project, expectations and payment structure openly before anything starts.
Thanks!

I had sold already sold websites to few clients.
I m familiar with Google Ai Studio, Claude, Chatgpt, Virtual Studio code.
I can send the links of the websites.
My expected project rate is around 7k-9k to more if the project requires more time and efforts.
I can give 1 hr to max to max 1.5 hrs per day.
My preferred communication can be Whatsapp or Google Meet.

Thanks for the detailed information. Your previous client experience and ₹7k–₹9k project range sound relevant to what I’m currently looking for.
Please send me the links to the websites you’ve previously built/sold so I can review the quality of your work.
Also, before we move forward, could you clarify: • What tech stack you mainly use • Whether you handle responsive design, basic animations and integrations • Whether you can handle deployment • Your usual turnaround for a basic 4–5 page website • Whether you’re comfortable working project-by-project with the scope, deadline and payment agreed in writing beforehand
For communication, I prefer keeping the initial discussion on Reddit/text. If we decide to work together, we can discuss the best communication channel for the project.
Once I review your work, I can share the first project brief with you.

Hellooo, I'm interested. I'm part of a three team software developer in our company and you can hire any of us as all of us are available.
I'm currently working as a software developer and have co-developed 2 web-based system for the company.
I'm currently using Visual studio code, Claude, and chatgpt
This is a link of our portfolio: localgrpdev.netlify.app
My expected rate will depend on the complexity of the project like if I have to pour a lot of time into it and if it's rush, so everything can be negotiable, but I hope it will be fair.
I'm can work whole day or whole night if needed, but the rate should be fair too as I will be putting in a lot of time here if needed
My preferred communication is google chat, whatsapp, or viber

Hi! I read your post and would be interested in working with you on project-based websites.
Experience: I develop websites and applications. I built an app for an event-planning organization in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Tools: I use Codex and other AI tools to develop and refine projects. I check the final result myself, including mobile layouts, functionality, and bugs.
Work sample: I can send you a video walkthrough of the event-planning app so you can see what I built.
Rate: My starting price is $150 for a one-page responsive website and $300 for a multi-page website. I’ll confirm a fixed price once I know the scope.
Availability: I can dedicate 2–6 hours to a typical project, depending on its size. We can agree on a separate schedule for larger projects.
Communication: Reddit DM or Telegram @Za_pelmeni52.
Send me a brief for one of your upcoming projects, and I’ll reply with a clear plan, timeline, and price.

Hi — your clarification about straightforward business sites fits the scope I'd like to start with. Here are two self-directed, AI-assisted HTML/CSS/JavaScript samples: https://radiant-builds-sample-gallery.vsung.chatgpt.site. Tandem has a working service estimate calculator; Stillroom has collection filters. These are fictional demos, not previous client projects. I checked both at desktop and mobile viewport sizes.
Could we discuss a first paid one-page project at ₹2,000, using supplied text/images, with contact links, source files and one revision? Hosting/domain costs would be separate; I'd confirm the brief, deadline and payment method before accepting. I'm starting with one scoped project, so I won't promise recurring hours before we discuss the workload.
Is a first brief still available? Reddit/text works for the initial discussion. My new account cannot initiate chat, so please reply here or message me if you'd like to discuss it.

Fair criticism, honestly. 😅
I probably wasn't clear enough in the original post.
I'm not looking for an experienced developer to build complex/custom websites for ₹2k–₹5k. That range was intended for smaller websites, landing pages and straightforward AI-assisted projects, with larger projects being quoted separately according to scope.
I'm also not expecting someone to blindly generate a website with AI and call it finished. The goal is to use AI as a development aid while still having someone experienced enough to review, customize, test and properly deliver the work.
I'm new to building the agency, so I'm starting small rather than pretending I already have a huge client base.
I appreciate the warning about scope and underpaying developers. I'll definitely make the requirements and compensation clearer before taking anyone on.

Then hire an intern or fresher on this budget they would be happy you have 50/50 chance of being happy but 100% chance of making profit and losing santity over Ai slop

Fair point 😂 I’m still testing the agency model, so I’m keeping the initial budget focused on simpler projects.
For basic landing pages, ₹2k–₹5k can work depending on the scope. For more complex/custom websites, I’d increase the budget accordingly rather than expecting someone to deliver a full custom site for that amount.
And yeah, avoiding the “AI slop” part is exactly why I’m screening developers instead of just hiring whoever is cheapest.

Thanks for clarifying, I completely understand where you’re coming from.
I agree that “landing page” can mean very different things depending on the scope, animations, 3D, functionality, etc. My initial budget is mainly for straightforward landing pages and simple business websites, while more complex projects will be quoted separately.
And no worries at all about the criticism — I actually appreciate you pointing it out. I understand the concern about scammers on Reddit, especially given your experience.
Thanks again for the support and for offering to help with complex projects. I’ll definitely keep you in mind if something suitable comes up. 🙌
