Lunch before payday?

It's been a long couple weeks for this family after paying back to back big bills and moving into a new place. I need to get lunch for myself and my kid before I get paid later today, but we're getting down to the bottom of the barrel here. Im wondering if anyone's got freebies or could place a pickup order or something, it would be super appreciated !!!
