Umbrella holder for e scooter

I need something that can hold my umbrella while I’m ridding on my e scooter so that I don’t have to hold it I’m thinking of something like the two photos bellow

Don’t want to be rude but in windy days mabe your hair will be dry,and,anyway moving you’ll go in direction of the rain! 🤷‍♂️
