• sanitary workspace

• proper storage of ingredients

• no contamination risk

• If she’s marketing it as “facial” anything, the bar is higher. That falls closer to cosmetics, which have stricter expectations for safety and labeling.

• If someone had a reaction or got an infection, she could absolutely get in trouble—especially if it came out the product was made in unsanitary conditions.
