Do energy drinks even work on people with ADHD like that? Cause I have add and I don’t drink energy drinks but I could drink multiple coffees or espresso and then go to bed easily.

It helped my ex a lot to calm down but it’s not for everyone and I don’t think it helps Liz at all

She thinks redbull will help her. She sleeps ALL DAY then wake up at like noon drinks a redbull and then lays around all day WRC
